The following are the terms and conditions of the Moment Surf Co online shop. It details our shipping policies, return and exchange policies, and privacy policies

Shipping Policy

• Shipping on most orders $75.00 or over is free of charge to customers within the Continental U.S.
• Fixed Shipping Cost applies only to orders shipping within the Continental U.S.
•  Free shipping will be either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (to be determined solely at the discretion of Momentsurfco.com).
• Any express shipping will be paid in full by the customer.
• Shipments are only delivered on business days.
• UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please use your physical address or choose USPS shipping option.
• If located in Alaska or Hawaii, please choose the USPS shipping option for least expensive shipping method.
• Some oversized items will not be included in our “free shipping” policy. See oversize Items section below for details.
• Momentsurfco.com is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state.  Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery time is 10 business days although we cannot account for time spent in customs for your country. Momentsurfco.com will not be responsible for duties, taxes or fees upon entry
• Customs Brokers Fees to Canada are typically charged by the Canadian government and/or the Courier Service and must be paid by you once the package arrives. Momentsurfco.com cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. These fees are not included in our shipping and handling rates. Delays at customs, while rare, can add up to two weeks to delivery time. For more information on Brokerage Fees click here.

Oversize Items

The following items are excluded from our free shipping offer due to their size:

• Surfboards
• Padded Boardbags
• Skimboards
• SUP Boards

Order Processing

•  Please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing.
• Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Momentsurfco.com  and a separate email from UPS with your tracking number within 24 hours.
• Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order. In most cases we can have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days. 
• If you refuse shipment for any item, you will receive a credit less our cost of shipping for the item

Return & Exchange Policy

• Customer service is our number one goal. We are always here to assist in your buying purchases but understand the need to return or exchange items purchased online. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return or exchange any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Items not returned in this condition could be subject to a  restocking fee.
• Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or defects and contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage.
• If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping costs to return your items.. (This is actual UPS Ground or USPS Priority freight and will not include any packaging, preparing, or mailroom costs.) We will not reimburse for any Expedited Shipping: (i.e.; Overnight, 2nd Day or Air Shipping etc.).
• Please allow approximately 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.  

Please note: 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. 

Swimwear is non-refundable under any circumstances

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on out mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
